Okay… I’m going to get political. I understand the consequences of doing this here on my blog. I might lose some of my “following,” but you know what? I don’t care. I believe in this man 100%. My wife, Dina, and I have been following and supporting his campaign since he announced his candidacy last year. We need change right now. I know that “change” can have many meanings, especially when considering a presidential candidate, and I know that Obama is the man who will bring it.
For the first time in this nation a woman or an African-American will be officially nominated by a political party. This is amazing. In our lifetime we will have seen sexism and racism destroyed in the race for The White House. We are witnessing history!
Dina and I were at the Maine Democratic caucus for York, Maine. We fully supported Barack Obama. Did I mention that he won?
If you want to know why I support him please challenge/encourage me with your comments. I will answer anything I read fairly.
I have chosen my candidate. Even if you don’t support him, I hope that you have choosen one as well. Vote! It’s the only way that our voices can be heard in this pre-fascist country.
Below is a montage of some of Barack’s speeches… enjoy.
I am also supporting Barack Obama. I see such potential in him. I am just worried about Hillary cheating. She vowed not to campaign in Michigan and Florida with the rest of the democratic nominees and then went in and did it. Now her campaign (obviously they are currently losing) wants those delegates votes to count when they origionally agreed they shouldn’t. She is already cheating. If she is lying now what is she going to do when in the White House? I also don’t think she has the ability to beat John Mcain and I believe Barack Obama does. Not to mention that if she were to be in office for 8 years our nation would have had either a Bush or Clinton president/vice president for 36 years!!! That my friend is not change. It is more of the same if you ask me. Our nation should not be controlled by the same 2 families for that long.
One last note…if the superdelegates mess this up for this nation I am going to be so upset. There shouldn’t even be superdelegates in my opinion!

I agree. I never liked the idea of superdelegates. It never really made much sense to me.
McCain will win it all.
