His name is Pinchy Searat, and he was discovered in Bar Harbor, Maine on July 13th. Surprisingly, it wasn’t a talent agent who came upon this soon-to-be shining star, it was a Lobsterman named Alan Robinson. It didn’t take long for those present to realise that Pinchy is the perfect actor to play Harvey Dent/Two-Face in the upcoming sequel to Batman Begins. Christopher Nolan cast him right away. He won’t even need any make-up!
Okay, I’ve had my fun. This really is an interesting find though. The lobster looks half-cooked, but was pulled out of the ocean in perfect health (atleast as perfect as it gets for a lobster). From what I understand, the odds of finding a lobster like this are 1 in 50 million to 100 million! Mr. Robinson, you should play the lottery!
I wonder how that thing tastes…
[Update 8.23.2006] It’s funny that IMDB.com just put up an article saying that Ryan Phillipe has supposedly landed the role of Harvey Dent/Two-Face in “The Dark Knight” (The final title for the previously untitled Batman Begins sequel). Sorry that you lost out, Pinchy… we fellow Mainers were all pulling for you. Don’t worry though… we’re all pulling for you. We will see your face on the big screen yet!
That’s CRAZY!
I like the tie in to Batman.
When are we going to get more Bloodlines exerpts?!
