I remember when my bus route to elementary school went over this bridge. My step-children still ride over it on their way to school… atleast they did…

The bus routes in York have been altered because of this… obviously. It’s interesting that my step-daughter D’Anna travels over not only this bridge, but also the one in my previous post on her way to school every day! I can only imagine how long her bus-ride is now that the vehicle has to find a way around two collapsed bridges!!!
It’s a pity… I actually had a picture of a few idiotic high-school kids running across this bridge before it collapsed (I actually went beyond the police tape and snapped a few pics right at the edge of it). I am sad to say that this picture was deleted as I was clearing the XD card on my camera… I thought that I had downloaded it onto my computer. You can only imagine the deep sense of loss that I am feeling right now…
