ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I mean, I wasn’t too crazy about her books to begin with (I think vampires are better portrayed as animals rather than humans who drink blood), but give me a break here! After 25 books in 25 years, ten of which are part of her vampire chronicles, Anne Rice becomes Mel Gibson?! I can see it now… “The Passion of the Rice.”
I’ll be interested to see how this affects her following…
