Revisions on “The Book of Bloodlines” are going very well, with not much that I have found in the first 20 pages that needs to be altered. At this rate I’ll have it completed within two or three weeks, and have only the editing of the third installment (”The Focus of Bloodlines”) standing in my way of starting my new project that I am calling “Delegation and Pursuit.” It will be my seventh manuscript… lucky seven!
I finally caught Paul Mann at his office in York Village, and he now has a copy of both “The Dominance Flush,” and “The Bloodlines of Rollinsford.” I was pleased to hear him say that he might actually read (and blurb) both of them! I will be happy if he only reads one, but to have him do both would be PHENOMENAL!!! Before I left he assured me that he would get around to reading one (if not both) by the beginning of next week. I’m very nervous, considering that I’ve never had a published novelist critique my work before, but the majority of me remains confident that he will enjoy it… I’ve put so much of my time and energy into those two manuscripts that I can’t imagine him hating them.
We’ll see what comes from my submissions once Jeff and I have compiled the blurbs from established writers that are reading my books.
